1. Geltungsbereich
Diese AGB gelten für alle Leistungen von Denise Hinz, Ernährungsberatung, sowohl persönlich als auch online.

2. Leistungsbeschreibung
Gegenstand der Leistung ist eine individuelle Ernährungsberatung im präventiven Bereich. Es wird ausdrücklich keine medizinische Beratung oder Therapie angeboten.

3. Vertragsschluss
Der Vertrag kommt durch Terminbuchung (online, per E-Mail oder telefonisch) zustande.

4. Preise & Zahlungsbedingungen
Alle Preise sind Endpreise gemäß § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung, sofern zutreffend). Die Zahlung erfolgt vor oder nach der Beratung gemäß Vereinbarung.

5. Terminabsagen
Vereinbarte Termine müssen mindestens 24 Stunden vorher abgesagt werden. Bei kurzfristiger Absage behalte ich mir vor, das Honorar ganz oder teilweise in Rechnung zu stellen.

6. Haftungsausschluss
Die Beratung ersetzt keine ärztliche Behandlung. Eine Haftung für gesundheitliche Schäden ist ausgeschlossen, soweit gesetzlich zulässig.

7. Online-Beratung
Die Online-Beratung erfolgt per Video-Call.
Der Kunde ist für eine stabile Internetverbindung selbst verantwortlich.

8. Datenschutz
Es gilt die Datenschutzerklärung auf der Website.

9. Schlussbestimmungen
Es gilt deutsches Recht.
Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen unwirksam sein, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen unberührt.

Widerrufsbelehrung

Widerrufsrecht
Verbraucher haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn (14) Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag des Vertragsabschlusses.

Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.

Folgen des Widerrufs
Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, habe ich Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die ich von Ihnen erhalten habe, unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei mir eingegangen ist. Für diese Rückzahlung verwende ich dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, es sei denn, es wurde ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart.

Dies gilt insbesondere für:
• Online-Beratung per Video-Call
• Persönliche Beratungstermine
• Beratungsleistungen, die zu einem festen Termin stattfinden

Ausschluss bzw. vorzeitiges Erlöschen bei digitalen Inhalten
Bei digitalen Inhalten (z. B. Ernährungspläne, PDFs, E-Books), die nicht auf einem körperlichen Datenträger geliefert werden, erlischt das Widerrufsrecht ebenfalls vorzeitig, wenn:
• Sie ausdrücklich zugestimmt haben, dass mit der Ausführung des Vertrags vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist begonnen wird, und
• Sie Ihre Kenntnis davon bestätigt haben, dass Sie dadurch Ihr Widerrufsrecht verlieren.
